Operating within the Defense Criminal Investigation Service of the U.S. Department of Defense — and led by preeminent neurologist and psychiatrist Dr. Lee Rosen (David Strathairn), an expert in Alpha phenomena — the team investigates cases that point to others with Alpha abilities.
